    Fosun? subsidiary terminates Shenyang Xindi Center acquisition agreement

    Fengsheng Holdings disclosed that its indirectly wholly owned subsidiary, Nanjing Fengsheng Dazuzu Technology Co., had the right to terminate the sale and purchase agreement following due diligence on the target company and project. The seller subsequently returned the deposit with accrued interest, and the pledge over the target company's entire equity was released.
