    Gefran signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of Novuspar Participações Societárias Ltda., the holding company of Brazilian industrial automation firm Novus, at an enterprise value of 215 million Brazilian reais (about €35.8 million). Completion is expected within 180 days of signing, subject to standard closing conditions, and will be carried out through Gefran Brasil.
