GFL agrees to Michigan consent judgment over Arbor Hills landfill
GFL announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Arbor Hills Landfill agreed to a consent judgment with Michigan’s EGLE, resolving issues raised in the agency’s complaint about landfill odors between January 2018 and November 2019. GFL also agreed to codify odor-management practices and undertake three supplemental environmental projects.
