    Boksi acquires Goodlife Management

    Helsinki-based creator marketing platform Boksi acquired German influencer and talent management agency Goodlife Management in an eight-figure transaction, gaining full ownership of the agency that represents around 30 beauty and lifestyle creators in the German-speaking market. Goodlife continues to operate from Monheim am Rhein under founder Armin Danesh, who becomes a shareholder in Boksi's parent company.
