    Settlement

Gotion and Green Charter Township reached a settlement agreement in a federal lawsuit. Under the agreement, Gotion will drop the lawsuit, abandon the proposed battery plant project and return the acquired development land to the Michigan State Land Bank; the state of Michigan will drop its grant-repayment demand, and the township will repay $160,000 related to a drafted fire contract amendment plus $1 in damages. The agreement also terminates existing project agreements and dismisses the remaining lawsuit counts with prejudice.
