    Great Eagle announces a restructuring involving its interest in The Peninsula Bangkok

    Great Eagle said its wholly owned subsidiary and the Phataraprasit shareholders had agreed on terms for restructuring their existing interests in HSH-SCH. Subject to definitive agreements and completion, Great Eagle would acquire the shareholders’ 50% economic interest in The Peninsula Bangkok and surrounding land in exchange for its 50% economic interest in the Thailand Country Club and TCC plot, plus cash.
