Granite agrees to acquire three Dutch logistics properties
Granite Real Estate Investment Trust announced that it had agreed to acquire three properties in Tilburg, Weert and Ede, together comprising nearly 80,000 m², for a combined purchase price of approximately €89 million. The properties were to be delivered in mid-2020 and early 2021.
