    Green AI launches Taiwan-focused AI decarbonisation platform

    Japanese technology company Green AI launched Green AI Taiwan, a Taiwan-focused AI platform that recommends emissions-reduction measures and estimates carbon savings and payback periods, beginning commercial operations on 1 August 2026. The platform is built on a database of more than 5,700 energy-saving and decarbonisation measures developed in Japan and is operated in Taiwan by the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research under a strategic cooperation agreement.
