MOIL and GMDC sign pact to form a joint venture
MOIL and Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly explore manganese-bearing areas in Gujarat and form a joint venture, in which MOIL will hold 51 per cent and GMDC 49 per cent.
