Worm-contaminated fish complaint
A Minneapolis customer reported worms in fried fish. Local inspection removed affected portions and the restaurant was instructed not to accept further fish from the implicated supplier. Reports said the fish had entered through KFC procurement rather than the brand’s normal Icelandic supply chain.
