    HannStar Display plans to acquire HannsTouch idle factory assets

    HannsTouch announced a proposed sale of idle assets on the first through third floors of its Southern Taiwan Science Park factory to HannStar Display for NT$2.77 billion. HannStar Display said it intends to use the acquired property for Mini/MicroLED panel development and future operations.
