Roche acquires rights to Hansoh Pharma ADC portfolio
Roche acquired rights to a portfolio of antibody-drug conjugates developed by Hansoh Pharma for $510 million. Hansoh will control early development through completion of the first clinical phase; Roche will then take over globally except in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
