FTC fines Hanssem for dealer promotional-event costs
South Korea’s Fair Trade Commission imposed a 1.16 billion won fine on Hanssem, saying it coerced dealers to pay promotional-event costs without prior consent. Hanssem said it would file an administrative suit and disputed the FTC’s account.
