PepsiCo agrees to acquire Baicaowei
Haoxiangni announced a final agreement to sell its 100% equity stake in Baicaowei to PepsiCo for a negotiated enterprise value of $705 million. The transaction remained subject to a shareholder vote, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

GLP investment in Zhengzhou warehouse project
GLP (Shanghai) said it would designate an affiliated company as the actual investor and shareholder in Hao Xiang Ni's wholly owned Zhengzhou logistics subsidiary, which would build warehouse facilities on land owned by the subsidiary.
