Munich Re to acquire At-Bay for $575 million
Munich Re Group has agreed to acquire At-Bay, a US-based cyber insurtech, for $575 million, with the deal expected to close in the first quarter of 2027 subject to regulatory approvals. At-Bay will sit within Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB), Munich Re's specialty insurance arm.
