    Frasers Group completes acquisition of Harvey Nichols UK business

    Frasers Group, owned by Mike Ashley, completed its acquisition of the long-struggling UK luxury retailer Harvey Nichols. The retailer's six UK stores, online business, and 1000 employees transferred to Frasers Group, while the separate Hong Kong operations continue unaffected. Harvey Nichols' OXO Tower Restaurant in London was not included in the deal.
