Haviland Enviro Corp. announced the appointment of Jacqueline Logan as a director of the Company. In connection with the appointment, an aggregate of 100,000 escrowed common shares at a price of $0.05 per share were transferred from previous management to Ms. Logan and will remain in escrow.

Haviland Enviro Corp. amends qualifying transaction terms with Xogen Technologies
Haviland Enviro Corp. and Xogen Technologies Inc. entered into an amending agreement dated August 4, 2026, extending the outside date for their proposed qualifying transaction to January 31, 2027 and the deadline to enter a definitive agreement to September 30, 2026. Closing remains subject to conditions including Xogen completing a private placement for minimum gross proceeds of $500,000.
