Norwegian allegations of unlicensed taxi operation
Norwegian taxi organizations and police investigated Haxi and individual drivers over allegations that rides arranged through the platform constituted unlicensed taxi activity. The dispute produced fines, vehicle confiscation measures, criminal-law proceedings, and a later appellate and Supreme Court process.

Danish regulatory investigation
The Danish Transport Authority referred Haxi to police over suspected unlicensed taxi operation. Haxi sought withdrawal of the referral, and Danish police later cancelled the investigations.
