ACORN Canada's Ottawa branch and mall tenants criticized Transglobe Property Management over alleged deterioration, unsanitary conditions, pest and rodent problems, plumbing issues, blocked exits and ceiling water damage. Municipal public-health and fire officials visited the property in response to complaints.
