Securities class action lawsuit filed against Hims & Hers Health
Lawsuit filed
A securities class action lawsuit was filed against Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (NYSE: HIMS) on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Hims & Hers securities between August 4, 2025 and July 29, 2026. The complaint alleges that defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements and failed to disclose material adverse facts, including that the company shared consumers' health information with third-party advertising platforms and charged consumers for prescriptions almost immediately after they submitted an intake form despite telling consumers they would be able to consult with a medical provider. Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP announced the action, with the lead-plaintiff deadline set for November 2, 2026. The suit follows a July 29, 2026 enforcement action by the FTC, the People of the State of California and the Utah Division of Consumer Protection alleging deceptive prescription billing, difficult subscription cancellation and misleading privacy practices, after which Hims & Hers stock fell 14.73% to close at $25.00 per share.
