Hoist Finance agrees to acquire Greek non-performing loan portfolio
Hoist Finance entered into an agreement with Alpha Bank to acquire a Greek portfolio of non-performing loans, with an outstanding balance of approximately EUR 2.1 billion and an investment of EUR 108 million. The transaction was expected to close during the first quarter of 2022.
