    HSH appeals ruling over Peninsula Bangkok management contract

    The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (HSH) appealed to the Court of Appeal against a local civil court ruling in a dispute over termination of the Peninsula Bangkok management agreement. HSH said the lower court had ruled on September 10, 2019 that its subsidiary should not have been allowed to vote on a resolution concerning termination of the agreement.
