Horizon Power fined over unsafe electrical work
The Perth Magistrates Court fined Horizon Power $40,000 for incorrect work in Kununurra that caused a fire and made telecommunications equipment at various properties potentially unsafe. Horizon Power had earlier pleaded guilty to breaching the Electricity Regulations 1947.
