HTX settles FCA enforcement case
Settlement
HTX reached a settlement with the UK Financial Conduct Authority over alleged unlawful promotion of its services to UK consumers. A High Court undertaking bars HTX from knowingly making unlawful promotions of cryptoasset services to UK consumers. The settlement terms are confidential and do not constitute an admission of wrongdoing by HTX.
