    Wireless@SG camera invoice deception case

    Chua Thiong Kien was sentenced to six months' imprisonment for cheating Singapore's Infocommunications Development Authority. While iCELL was involved in Wireless@SG, an expense submission of S$379,200 included a PC-Connect invoice for 425 Internet cameras, although only 44 had been purchased. Chua was a PC-Connect director and had instructed the company to prepare the invoice.
