Consumer-protection complaints and fine
Latvia’s Consumer Rights Protection Centre fined Animo Forti Ltd., the operator of the Inch2 online store, €10,000 over commercial practices that authorities characterized as dishonest. Reported complaints involved unfulfilled orders, returned goods, and delayed or missing refunds. The authorities also ordered the company to stop the practices.
