    AMETEK completes $5.0 billion acquisition of Indicor Instrumentation

    AMETEK, Inc. announced on August 26, 2026 that it completed its previously announced all-cash acquisition of a portfolio of instrumentation businesses from Indicor, LLC ("Indicor Instrumentation") for $5.0 billion.
