Inovance Technology proposes to acquire the remaining 49% of Inovance Control
Inovance Technology announced a proposed private placement of up to 2.13 billion yuan, including 822 million yuan to acquire the 49% stake in Inovance Control it did not already own. The proposed acquisition would make Inovance Control a wholly owned subsidiary.
