Commisimpex arbitration-related allegations
The Commisimpex dispute generated extended enforcement litigation in multiple countries after an ICC arbitration ruling concerning unpaid public-works contracts. French judicial investigations later reportedly included allegations of organized fraud and forgery related to the arbitration’s handling, as well as concerns about corruption and conflicts of interest.
