Taiwan prosecutors granted a one-year deferred prosecution to an Yingwenda Technology executive after he admitted to manufacturing COVID-19 sampling swabs without authorization. The report says Yingwenda had obtained manufacturing and sales licenses by the time of the disposition; Yingye International was ordered to pay NT$80,000.
