Bryn Mawr Garwood LLC sues Iron Horse R&R LLC over environmental allegations

Bryn Mawr Garwood LLC filed suit in Camden County Court against Iron Horse R&R LLC, a private gun club operating since 1947, alleging solid waste disposal and soil stockpiling that is causing environmental harm to adjoining properties. Iron Horse and its attorney Mark Karpo say the suit is an attempt to shut down the range so developer Harvey Sternberg can develop the property; a hearing is scheduled for September 4.
