Nine PBS sues Iron Mountain to reclaim 50TB of archival broadcast data
Nine PBS, the St. Louis-based PBS station, filed and won a lawsuit demanding access to its archival data from Iron Mountain, which owns the servers of defunct cloud provider Open Source Storage. Iron Mountain has been ordered to cooperate in delivering over 50 terabytes of archival materials containing 70 years of broadcasts, with both parties ordered to provide recovery updates by September 14.

Aramex signed a definitive and binding agreement to sell InfoFort to a subsidiary of Iron Mountain. The transaction remained subject to regulatory approval, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2021.
