Seizure and loss of the Donetsk premises
DPR militants seized Izolyatsia's Donetsk site on June 9, 2014. The foundation evacuated to Kyiv, while parts of its collection, library, equipment, shop, and other property were reportedly destroyed, looted, or abandoned.
Reported use of the former site as a prison
