JA Solar subsidiary and China Construction Bank Xingtai Branch sign strategic cooperation agreement
JA Solar’s wholly owned subsidiary, JA Solar Co., Ltd., signed a framework strategic cooperation agreement with China Construction Bank Xingtai Branch. The branch will provide a RMB 2.4 billion comprehensive credit line for project construction and post-commissioning operating funding needs; specific financing businesses require separate agreements.
