Jain Irrigation Systems completes debt restructuring
Jain Irrigation Systems said it implemented a debt resolution effective March 25, 2022, restructuring debt totaling Rs 3,878 crore. The restructuring included converting about 40% of the debt into long-term non-convertible debentures and issuing approximately 7.89 crore ordinary equity shares to lenders; some proposed equity infusion remained expected over the following 18 months.
