RWS Entertainment Group acquired themed entertainment firm JRA. The companies announced the acquisition at the IAAPA Expo in Orlando; terms were not announced. JRA will provide additional theater, cruise ship, and port-of-call destination design services, and its CEO Keith James will continue as JRA's president.
