Jackie Mason pamphlet dispute
Jackie Mason sued after a Jews for Jesus pamphlet used his name and likeness in a way he said falsely suggested affiliation. A federal judge declined to issue a preliminary injunction, and Mason later dropped the case after David Brickner apologized and the organization agreed to retire the pamphlet.
