Jinke Culture announced a related-party transaction to acquire 100% of Wan Jin Shangmao from its controlling shareholder, Jinke Holding, for cash consideration of 1.008 billion yuan. It said the property assets would be used to build a Talking Tom-themed commercial complex.

Jinke announced that Tianjin Jujin agreed to transfer its 11% stake in Jinke to Guangdong Hongmin for RMB 4.699 billion, at RMB 8 per share. Guangdong Hongmin is identified as a subsidiary of Red Star Macalline Furniture Group.
