The UK media watchdog Ofcom fined Khalsa Television Ltd £50,000 over KTV broadcasts that it said had the potential to incite violence and cause harm, including an indirect call for violence and content relating to Babbar Khalsa.

Ofcom fines Khalsa Television over two broadcasts
Ofcom imposed a total £50,000 fine on Khalsa Television Limited in relation to its KTV service over a music video and a discussion programme that Ofcom found breached broadcasting rules, including by indirectly calling for violence. Ofcom also directed the channel to broadcast a statement of its findings and not to repeat the programmes.
