SIMD sues Kinder Morgan over Staten Island site sale
Staten Island Marine Development, also known as SIMD, sued Kinder Morgan, alleging that although SIMD had signed a letter of intent to buy the site, Kinder Morgan marketed it to other buyers and prospective buyers had unfair access to SIMD’s remediation plan. The lawsuit is pending.
