    Kingdee Credit Reporting Fined for Violating Credit Reporting Business Regulations; “Fangxin Wallet” Accused of Harvesting Information

    In November 2025, Kingdee’s Kingdee Credit Reporting Co., Ltd. was fined RMB 44,000 by the People’s Bank of China Shenzhen Branch for violating the Measures for the Administration of Credit Reference Agencies and the Measures for the Administration of Credit Reporting Business, and relevant responsible persons were fined. Media reported in the same period that Kingdee-linked “Fangxin Wallet” was accused by users of “harvesting personal information” and harassing marketing, and was also embroiled in controversies including the suspected renting out of a small loan license. This raised concerns about data compliance in Kingdee’s fintech business.
