    Kingpin Kush, a San Antonio hemp business with 10 locations, along with two other businesses filed a more than 300-page lawsuit against the state of Texas seeking a temporary injunction against new consumable hemp regulations implemented by the Texas Department of State Health Services on July 31. The owner said the changes forced the business to pull more than $300,000 worth of inventory from its shelves.
