Ascena Retail Group files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy
Ascena Retail Group, the operator of Ann Taylor and Lane Bryant, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The company also said its bankruptcy plan would close all Catherines stores and a significant number of Justice stores, along with selected stores of several other brands.
