JD.com announced that its subsidiary JD Logistics had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling interest in KYE through a purchase of existing shares and subscription for newly issued shares for RMB 3 billion. Completion was expected in the third quarter of 2020, subject to customary conditions.
