Family sues Fargo La Quinta hotel and pool company over child's water slide injury
A South Dakota family filed a federal lawsuit against Double H One, LLC (doing business as La Quinta Inn & Suites in Fargo), La Quinta Franchising LLC, Wyndham Hotel & Resorts, Inc., and Derheim, Inc.
