Lakeland announces new Northern Ireland milk payment system
Lakeland Dairies announced a new milk payment system for Northern Ireland suppliers, under which suppliers can receive enhanced payments for increased protein and butterfat relative to a selected benchmark year. The system is planned to apply to milk supplied from January 2022 onwards.
