Dover signs agreement to acquire Leistung Engineering for OPW
Dover Corporation signed a definitive agreement to acquire Leistung Engineering Pvt. Ltd, an Ahmedabad, India-based maker of cryogenic valves for LNG and industrial gas applications. The business will become part of OPW Fluid Transfer Solutions within Dover's Clean Energy & Fuelling segment. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter; terms were not disclosed.
