Ling-3.0-tiny-base and Ling-3.0-flash-base open-sourced

Ling-3.0-tiny-base and Ling-3.0-flash-base were officially open-sourced. Besides the final base checkpoints, the release includes weights for the pretraining, mid-training and WSM merging stages, six checkpoints in total, enabling continued pretraining, domain fine-tuning, preference optimization, reinforcement learning post-training, distillation and long-context research. Ling-3.0-tiny-base has 7.9B total parameters and 1.3B activated parameters, positioned as a code and post-training base for researchers; Ling-3.0-flash-base has 124B total parameters and 5.1B activated parameters, targeting code, complex reasoning and long-context tasks.
