LOLC announces sale of its PRASAC stake to Kookmin Bank
LOLC Holdings announced that it and PRASAC's other minority shareholder had entered into share-purchase and shareholder agreements with Kookmin Bank to sell PRASAC's entire shareholding, subject to final approvals from Cambodia's National Bank and South Korea's Financial Services Commission. LOLC International, which holds 70% of PRASAC, is to receive US$603 million for its stake in two tranches.
