Lord's Mark Industries Limited has acquired Radio Electric Private Limited, owner of the Radiotone brand, bringing the company's specialised transformer design expertise into its Lighting & Energy Division. The acquisition adds a profitable, debt-free business with a customer base of approximately 40–50 companies, repeat export customers across seven international markets, and an existing manufacturing facility operating at approximately 50% of machine capacity on a single shift. As part of the transition, Mr. Umesh Marathe will be available as a consultant for one year.
